• Client’s name displayed on the card;

The support service provides advices on the choice of goods and services of the online platform, payment methods and the recall of completed payment transactions. The support service also accepts customer complaints, if necessary, ensures their consideration and provides information on the status.

Select the date / day "REGISTRATION AND DEPARTURE", the number of ADULTS and CHILDREN and / or TEENAGERS. Click the SEARCH button, then select the service / location you want. Click on the "BOOK" button. The product is now available in the "BASKET". Click NEXT. Edit or continue ordering goods by clicking the "BOOK" button.

Enter your contact details and additional information:

• Name / Surname of the Buyer;
• Buyer's phone number;

After that, you need to choose a payment method.

Before proceeding with the completion of the transaction, make sure that all the basic options are available for you:

Payment can be made using the payment instruments offered LLC "Paynet Service". The ordered goods and services must be paid in advance, otherwise the reservation won’t be completed.

Refunds

If the order was canceled by the Buyer in less than 7 days, Tree House is not obliged to refund the payment / transaction, unless the administration decides to cancel the corresponding transaction.

The online platform www.treehouse.md or the Buyer have the opportunity to revoke the transaction both in full and in part, based on the nature and reason of the request.

Other conditions for canceling the transaction:

• After the beneficiary enters the details then confirms and authorizes the payment, it will be impossible to make any changes, revoke or return the funds associated with this transaction.
• The commercial relationship between the beneficiary and Tree House is formally regulated by the consumer protection authorities when concluding and executing contracts in the distance. The Buyer has the right to notify the Seller in written form that he is canceling the booking without any penalties and without explaining the reasons, within 7 days from the moment of booking a service or place from the moment of concluding the contract.
• The beneficiary is not entitled to demand the return of the transferred funds, and the operator will not take into account any claims for the return of funds.

If changes are made to the privacy policy, the data will be published on this page. We reserve the rights to change this privacy policy at any time.

Any disputes arising from the use of the services will be resolved in a peaceful manner. In the event of conflicts during the purchase, payment or delivery of goods purchased from Tree House LTD and not regulated by the provisions of this provision, they will be resolved in a peaceful manner within 30 working days from the date of notifying the problem in written form.

If the conflict cannot be resolved peacefully, the jurisdiction shall belong to the courts of the Republic of Moldova. By agreeing to these terms, the customer fully assumes these risks.
