1. The reservation of the gazebos is made by phone, from 9:00 to 22:00, the day before or on that day. Payment is made at the reception, in cash or by card.
2. The reservation of the cottages, the villa with sauna or the banquet hall is made in advance with at least two days, with the payment of the advance of 50%.
3. For visitors without reservation, the leisure park is available to receive guests from 10:00 until 22:00.
4. If you have paid for the reservation of a gazebo, but during your stay you want to have access to the pools, an additional fee is paid according to the price list.
5. Prepayment or booking of villas, gazebos, pools or the event room does not give you free access to the park's bar and kitchen.
6. The person who rents a gazebo, cottage or villa will be responsible for the quality of the products and drinks they bring, as well as the safety of all those who participate in the event.
7. The use of speakers or musical instruments of any category is strictly prohibited on the territory of the cottages. On the territory of the gazebos and villas, only small speakers are allowed, with a decent sound that allows the comfort of other guests.
8. The maximum number of people who are at the same time, whether at the gazebo, cottage or villa, must be respected exactly. The leisure park does not allow to exceed it by paying an additional price.
9. Reservations made through the reservation system www.treehouse.md are confirmed with the proof received or the QR code.
10. Payment for other additional services shall be charged according to the price list of the leisure park.
11. Children up to 7 years have free access to the pool, accompanied by an adult.
12. When booking the cottages, the villa with sauna or the event room, their housekeeping and maintenance are free of charge.
13. The leisure park reserves the right to charge with an additional payment to guests who have intentionally or unintentionally damaged its equipment or other goods.
14. The change of the reservation date can be done with at least 24 hours in the case of gazebos, chalets and villa with sauna. In case of cancellation, this is done at least 96 hours.
15. If, for personal reasons, guests do not show up on the day of booking, the deposit will not be refunded.
16. It is recommended to keep a quiet environment, after 22:00, in cottages and villas.
17. Hookah is prohibited in the rooms of villas, cottages and the event hall. For this, the leisure park has terraces and specially arranged places.
18. Smoking is prohibited both in the rooms and in the public spaces of the leisure park. We have specially designed spaces for smokers, please use them.
19. It is mandatory to follow fire and common sense rules. The management of the leisure park warns you about these when you arrive on the territory of the park. In case of fire, the guest will be obliged to pay the damage caused.
20. It is forbidden to bring food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages into the territory of the pools. Exceptions are products for babies and young children.
21. If the air conditioner has been switched on to cool or heat the room, then you should close the windows and doors in the room / cottage where you live.
22. For safety reasons, when leaving the rooms of villas or cottages, make sure you turn off the light, water, and the technique you used.
23. 30 minutes before departure (villa / chalet accommodation or event room) approach the reception of the rest park for full payment.
24. Guests of the leisure park benefit from free, secure parking throughout their stay.
25. For the entire duration of their stay on the territory of the leisure park, for safety reasons, children up to the age of 7 must always be supervised by a guardian.
26. If you lose the key to the cottages or villa - pay the amount of 100 lei.
27. Pets are not allowed on the territory of the Treehouse leisure park.
28. Payment is made in MDL, cash, by bank card or by transfer.
29. If you notice a malfunction or a missing accessory in the room equipment, please notify the reception of the leisure park.
30. Access to the children's playgrounds is free of charge regardless of the area you have booked.
31. The leisure park offers free towels and slippers when booking cottages and villas.
32. If guests on the territory of the leisure park behave inappropriately, they will be obliged to leave its territory without being refunded.
