Black Villa - a unique project, designed and implemented for recreation in the middle of nature.
The villa is located in the middle of nature, in a secluded and picturesque place, so the panoramic windows of the main room offer a special view of nature and a charming sunset. In addition, the villa is oriented and arranged in such a way that the feeling of filling the space with abundant natural light is created, in which the light scenario changes during the day.
Black Villa is made in hi-tech/minimalism style, using natural materials such as wood, metal, stone, ecological paints.
The architecture of the interior space is designed with an open space on the first floor, consisting of 4 main areas: kitchen, dining room, living room and bedroom. The cottage also has 4 bedrooms on the first floor with direct access to its own terrace, 2 bathrooms and a sauna. On the second floor, there are 2 spacious and cozy bedrooms.
Black Villa has a spacious terrace, which is a point of attraction. In essence, the terrace can be interpreted as an open-air living room surrounded by a forest, which has: tables with chairs, a place to rest with sofas and coffee tables, a place for barbecue and, what is not less important, a private pool with sunbeds and a hydromassage bath.
